The Holy Art

View from tramway going from Roosevelt Island to Manhattan, New York

New York Exhibition

Hey, all! I’ve got an upcoming photo exhibition in New York. A digital image of mine, from my blog post about Roosevelt Island and the tramway to Manhattan, will be shown at The Holy Art Gallery on Manhattan. The exhibition features international artists whose work are displayed in many different formats like video, 2D and 3D art. The exhibition is open between the 20-23rd of March at 72 Warren Street, New York. If you happen to be in the city, head downtown between those dates so you can se the photograph live!

If you can’t make it to New York and the exhibition, or if you just want to own a print of my photos, or a laptop sleeve, you can buy one here on my webshop HelenaTheSea.

  3. even though as a Canadian I’m boycotting everything American….but, well, there’s Canadian steel in the World Trade, the Empire State and the Brooklyn Bridge, and heck, Brighton Beach is about as Canadian as you can be (we’re all about multicultural)…so will spend my morning looking….

    1. I know. Right now, The US is not the same as it was. Let’s hope the country gets back to its core values. We can only hope 🀞

      1. Understood πŸ˜†. I am happy to hear that you moved; on one hand it brings new prospects and new things to look forward to, but on the other hand, we definitely still have the same old 24-hours πŸ˜…πŸ˜„

    1. Thanks πŸ™ I didn’t realize you could drive there. On the other hand, I’m not a native New Yorker. When I first saw Roosevelt Island I couldn’t quite make out what kind of place it was. I must have seen the old hospital and thought it was a deserted island πŸ˜‰ and I wanted to visit.

    1. Thanks πŸ™ I didn’t win anything. But it’s just very nice to be part of an exhibition, in Manhattan, with photos of Manhattan!
